Removes hard water deposits from truck mount heat exchangers, fittings, valves, screens, metering systems, sensors, and water lines. Its powdered formulation provides easier and safer handling.

Instructions:

1. Disconnect truckmount water inlet and solution outlet hoses.
2. Drain half of water from water box.
3. At least 1 gallon of water must remain in water box.
4. Run truckmount to warm water (NOT HOT)
5. With truckmount running, SLOWLY sprinkle contents of one TRUCKMOUNT DESCALER container (2 lbs) into water box to dissolve.
6. Let truckmount run for 15 minutes to remove scale.
7. Immediately connect water inlet hose and solution hose, flush with clear water for 5 minutes.
8. Add 1/2 cup of Prochem liquid extraction detergent and run for 2-5 minutes to neutralize residual acid.
9. Flush with clear water to remove detergent.
